    Hamid has been engaged in different aspects of International Business and Economic Development for the past 25 years in private, public, and academic sectors.

    He was Marketing & Sales Manager of an international company importing automation solutions for clinical and research applications from USA and European countries. Over the past 20 years he has assisted hundreds of companies with their new market entry strategies while he worked at:

    • The U.S. Foreign Commercial Service in Toronto
    • Toronto Export Development Initiative
    • Swedish Trade Council in Canada
    • Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development, Employment, and Infrastructure

    Hamid educational background includes Medical Technology, International Business, and an MBA. He is also a part time professor of International Business at Seneca College.

    Hamid’s current focus is to lead Ontario’s sector development in automation & robotics and contribute to some of the future Advanced Manufacturing platforms & partnerships in Ontario.
